飲食入手控制體重 (CONTROLLING WEIGHTS START FROM DAILY DIET/FOOD)
健康的飲食習慣能幫你減輕心臟病的3種主因,包括高膽固醇、高血壓及過重。降低膽固醇的最好方法,就是少吃飽和脂肪及控制體重等,方法包括﹕
○吃各式水果、蔬菜及穀類產品,特別是全穀類。 (Variety of fruits, Veg. and Oats)
○吃魚類、豆類、去皮家禽、瘦肉以及一些脫脂/低脂的乳類產品。(Fish, Beans, Skinless white meats, low-fat dairy foods)
○少吃一些含高飽和脂肪、反式脂肪以及膽固醇的食物。(More healthy fats, Less Cont. Fats)
○每天攝取少於6克的鹽。(Salt Intake less than 6g daily)
日常生活增運動量 (DO MORE EXERCISES IN DAILY LIFE!)
運動對整個身體都有益,特別是心臟。能定期運動當然好,但其實日常生活亦有不少方法讓你輕易在生活中增加運動量﹕
○養成多行樓梯而不乘電梯的習慣。若你要去高樓層,嘗試只乘電梯至一半樓層,再行樓梯到目的地。(STAIRS INSTEAD OF LIFT)
○散步,即使只是圍繞大廈或者你的辦公室走一圈,都可令心跳率上升及增加運動量。(WALK AROUND YOUR OFFICE BUILDING OR HOME)
○清潔房屋、吸塵、掃地,甚至洗衣服,都可令你四處走動及增加運動量。(HOME CLEANING!)
○若駕車出外購物,嘗試將車泊遠一點,令自己多走一點路吧。(PARK FAR, WALK MORE!)
○在講電話時試試站著,若是用手提或無線電話,可試試到處走走看。(WALK ANYWHERE DURING CHATTING WITH YOUR MOBILE!)
○對很多人來說,有個朋友作伴,運動的動力更大。(GO AND FIND YOUR SPORT PARTNER!)

It is very glad to launch this blog to you who are interested in fitness topics!!
As well, I am a professional fitness instructor in HK and have had an experience of working out more than 10 years. Therefore, common mistakes and concepts of working out from gym beginner or experienced gym goers have been discovered and fixed by my experiences.
