在每天晚上你睡多少個小時?
你有失眠嗎?

你想達到的任何目標或理想的模樣嗎?
你有沒有想過一個問題“如果你未能減輕體重,你會怎麼做?”

你有沒有想過一些事情,或有人會激勵自己?
一件衣服?丈夫?女朋友?你要到派對去?

你多少杯水每天喝嗎?
你喝鹼性水?
你在正確的時間喝水呢?
