        Is your eating mode more meat and less veggie??
Key 2: Exercise
        Have you had exercise habits??
        Have you been lazy on your comfortable sofa in front of TV set?
        How many days per week for your exercise days??
        Are you too busy for your works?
Key 3: Rest Well
        Have you slept well in every single night?
        How many hours do you sleep in every night?
        Do you sleepless usually?
Key 4: determination
        Do you any target or ideal shape you want to achieve??
        Have you thought one questions” what will you do if you failed to loose weight during the progress??’
Key 5: Motivation
        Have you thought some things or someone will motivate yourself?

        How many cups of water do you drink daily??
        Do you drinking alkaline water?
