Myth of slim down! 減肥的錯誤!

想局部減肥?--->減肥須要全身性,不能只減某部位的脂肪,而其他部位不變!

Wanna slim my legs, my arms and any specific part of fat? Wrong, burning fat have to do for whole body. It is unable to burn only one part of two parts fat; the rest of body won't change.  That is not achievable!

想快速減肥?絕對不能, 無論用什麼方法一星期減過多或劇減,會導致營養不良,血糖過低,既而影響個人健康,生活及工作。

Burn 10 lbs in a week? Definitly no, whatever your ways of slim down burns too,much in a week. Your life style, works and health will be affected by the wrong slim down.

跑步,游泳,等帶氧運動可以減肥?對可以,但一定須要持續最少20-30分鐘方可進行"燃燒"。。久以久之因沉悶而放棄計劃。

Typical cardio as running , swimming can burn fat? Sure, but you have to do continually more than 20-30 mins and conduct "burning fat"....for further time...you will feel boring and give it up!

空肚做帶氧運動或做sit-up?錯,錯,極之錯。。空肚會減慢燒脂及血糖低而暈倒。。

Empty-stomach to do sit-up or cardio? That is wrong,too..empty-stomach will slow down conducting "burning fat" and seriously collapse on running machine.

減肥一定要食野,否則只會弄巧反拙。
Slim down have to eat, otherwise it will be "gain weights".
