SEVEN STEPS TO GREAT MUSCLES 增肌七大飲食法則

Rule 1--Intake Calorie   攝取更多卡路里
(Food: beef, salmon, peanut butter,etc)
(食物: 牛肉,三文魚, 花生醬,等)
Rule 2--Intake Accurate Protein 進食足夠蛋白質
Food: Tuna Fish, skinless chicken, isloate protein, non-fat red meats,etc)
